LASplash Cosmetics, also known as Splash Cosmetics is a division of Jon Davler, Incorporated. Jon Davler, Inc., was founded February 2001 in Los Angeles, California. Our core staff has more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, which subsequently emerged the company to become a premier vertical color cosmetic manufacturer in the United States.

We provide private label, OEM and turnkey service along with bulk production and formulation. Since the introduction of LASplash Cosmetics in 1996, the company has developed two additional brands: LASplash and Splash Spirit to cater to an even wider spectrum of consumers. In 2008, LASplash was registered in United States. The primary goal of our company is to continue to create high quality, colorful cosmetics for trendy, hip, modern and fashion-forward consumers. Raw materials used in our formulations are FDA approved and purchased only in the United States and France, thus maintaining strict quality standards.

Lip Lacquer™ (lip gloss) comes in three formulations: Glossy, Creamy and Glitter are available in 92 colors. Lid Splash™ (liquid eyeliner) is long lasting, quick drying and also available in more than 100 colors including Matte, Metallic and Glitter formulations. Eye Sparkle™ (eye shadow) is made from pure Micronized Mica, is available in over 220 custom colors and is specially formulated for the discerning makeup artist and our consumers.
