Backorder Items
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available at no extra cost. Backordered items will be shipped via the same delivery method selected for the original order.
Order Cancellation
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for the following reasons:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Canceled due to a customer request.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an e-mail notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Returns and Exhanges
All sales are final. LASplash Cosmetics will replace any item that was shipped incorrectly due to our error.
International Shipping
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.
Order Processing, Deliver and Shipping Chargers
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Standard Order Processing:
Standard Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Arrives within 5-7 business days.
2nd Day Orders
2nd Day orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 a.m. PST.
Orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on the next business day.
Overnight Orders
Overnight orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 a.m. PST. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed on the next business day.
