Returns and Exchanges
LASplash Return Policy:
Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service by phone at +1 (626) 941-6558 or via email at [email protected].
Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the product in the mail for return authorization.
If you are contacting us by phone or email please know that we will be asking you to provide us with the following information:
- A photo of the invoice you received with your order so that we can match our records.
- A photo of the condition of the product at the time you received it.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products or products not bought from LASplash online store. You will have to contact the original seller to exchange or return products that have been sold outside of LASplash online store.
The customer is responsible for return postage except for product damaged by shipping, defective goods, or wrong product shipped.
The refund will be credited to the original payment source such as credit card or PayPal.
Refunds will not apply to the original shipping cost.
All sales are final on discounted, clearance, or closeout products.
Currently, we are not accepting any returns or issuing refunds for LASplash All-In-One Sanitizing Spray, LASplash Hand Sanitizer Gel, or The Hunger Games products.
